Application Process

1. Determine the type of certification you're requesting.

2. Determine the correct application and fee.

3. To mail your application:

  • Print and complete correct application
  • Attach appropriate documention to verify your credentials
  • Mail your application, documents, and check or money order to:
    (Address)
  • Questions? Call: (Phone) or email NTCBAA@ gmail.com (no spaces).

NOTE: If you prefer to pay by credit card through the mail, don't forget to include your credit card number and expiration date on the application.

4. To pay online: Payment online is not currently available.
